he Postal Service has raised its rates. Although the rate increase is not large, any rate increase can add up on a package. That's why we at the Elegant Pantry try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible. Here's how we do it:

When you go through the checkout process at our Storefront you'll see a shipping rate based on an algorithm dreamed up by some programmer. This is not necessarily what we'll be charging you. On our end we can actually charge your card less than what you authorize. We have done this many times and will continue to do so.

Believe it or not, priority shipping can sometimes cost less than parcel post. This happens when we can pack your purchased goods into a Flat Rate box -- which costs only $8.10 regardless of the shipping weight or final destination in the U.S. For this reason we encourage people to buy our Triple Packs and some of our Gift Packs as well -- which include shipping in the final price to make use of this savings.

We strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant, as friendly, and — most importantly — as safe as possible.

We do not ask you to set up an account with us. That is one of three options: Logging in as an existing account, setting up an account, or purchasing a product without setting up an account. We respect whatever choice you make.

Return Policy

Return Policy: We will refund the cost of any item that is damaged or lost in transit within 30 days of purchase. We only require that the damaged item be reported to us at within 14 days of purchase and returned to us resealed in the original package no later than 30 days after purchase. If the item is lost in shipment we will require confirmation from the U.S. Postal Service, our preferred carrier. Only the purchase price, not the shipping cost, will be refunded.
